Situated just 5km from the central town (Hora) and harbor, near the village of Mountados, this 220-square-metre villa (offering 3 independent guest houses) lies within an area of 1,5 thousand square metres with olive trees and is built adjacent to a real 100-year-old pigeon house which itself in its turn offers another guest house!

The Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises a 50-square-metre apartment offering one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, dress room and terrace.
The first floor consists of a 110-square-metre maisonette. On the first level you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The middle level offers a bedroom with a balcony. The upper level provides a master bedroom with a bathroom and a veranda with panoramic view!

With the finalization of your reservation, a guarantee is withheld via credit card worth €1000. This guarantee is released upon check-out and after the manager's check. The person responsible on the island picks you up at the harbor upon disembarkation and leads you directly to the house in the car you have already rented. Upon check-in you will be informed about the functions of the house, the sights and beauties of Tinos.
