The ground floor comprises a 50-square-metre apartment offering one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, dress room and terrace.

The first floor consists of a 110-square-metre maisonette. On the first level you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The middle level offers a bedroom with a balcony. The upper level provides a master bedroom with a bathroom and a veranda with panoramic view!

In close contact with the main residence lies this 100-year-old pigeon house, fully redecorated (30 square metres) and formed into a room with a terrace, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
